Rudy Gobert Facing Second Suspension For Flagrant Foul Points

The Minnesota Timberwolves are looking at being without starting center Rudy Gobert when they host the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday. Gobert is facing a suspension for accumulation of flagrant foul points. The Wolves center picked up a Flagrant 1 foul against the Dallas Mavericks on Friday.

The foul was originally called a common foul, but was upgraded upon review. If this call stands after league review, it will be Gobert's second suspension for flagrant foul points this season. Have tripped that marker, any subsequent flagrant fouls will see Gobert hit with a two-way game suspension. Flagrant foul points reset with postseason starts.
