Steph Curry Out Thursday Versus Celtics; Kristaps Porzingis 'Ready To Go'

Steph Curry will remain out for the Golden State Warriors' matchup on Thursday against the Boston Celtics with "runner's knee."

"Just wasn't where he needed to be," head coach Steve Kerr said. "It's unfortunate. We'll have an update tomorrow after he goes through his time with the training staff."

Kerr added that Curry could possibly get another MRI on the knee.

Curry missed the last five games leading up to the All-Star break with the injury.

Kristaps Porzingis is "ready to go" and is expected to make his debut for the Warriors on Thursday, according to Kerr.

Porzingis is expected to come off the bench and play limited minutes against the Celtics.
